FULBRIGHT AWARDS

Through the Fulbright U.S. Student Program, recent graduate Moshe Gasson ’24 will teach English in Luxembourg. Jenna Nymick ’24 was selected as a program alternate.

NEWMAN CIVIC FELLOW

The Newman Civic Fellowship is a yearlong program that recognizes students who stand out for their leadership potential and commitment to creating positive change in communities. Natalie Conterras ’25 was recognized for leadership and commitment to social work.

Brooks Richardson ’26

ST. ANDREWS SOCIETY SCHOLARSHIP

Since starting the award, the St. Andrews Society of Philadelphia has selected 27 Juniata students for this one-year study experience in Scotland. Brooks Richardson ’26 will attend the University of St. Andrews, known as one of Scotland’s “Ivies.”

Vanessa Alvarez ’25

GILMAN SCHOLARSHIP

As a recipient of the Gilman Scholarship, Vanessa Alvarez ’25 will receive a grant award of up to $5,000 to apply toward study abroad program costs in Mexico.
